This is the official registration and online payment application for the ISPAC 2018 Conference.

Registration and abstract submission

The fastest way to register and pay for the conference is start buying one of the conference items featured on the homepage. 

To register, select one of the participant passes and select additional items if you wish to do so.

To upload an abstract, select the Abstract upload item. An abstract should be a one-page Word file with the extension .doc or .docx and follow the official template of the conference.

During the payment process you will be asked to fill in the registration form and login to the website. After completion of the payment, your registration for the conference will be finalized.

After registration you can login to this website anytime to buy more conference items from the homepage.

There is also an option to just register and upload an abstract first, and pay the conference fee later. To do this start with the selecting the Abstract upload conference item.

You will be able to pay by credit card or PayPal account or direct bank transfer. During the payment process you will be redirected to the official website of PayPal where you can pay using all major credit cards without opening a PayPal account or logging into one. 

To pay by credit card it is not required to open or have a PayPal account. When you get to the PayPal site ignore the Log In button, click on the gray button "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". The payment form comes up and you can fill in your credit card information; your personal information (name, address, phone number) are also asked for invoicing purposes.

After payment you will get a receipt by mail and will be redirected back to this website.  

The payment process is completely safe and secure on this site, financial information will be only asked on the PayPal site and it will not be transferred to this website.

Payment by direct bank transfer

You will see the banking information during the payment process if you choose this option. This information is also available from a link in the footer after login.

Eventual problems on the PayPal site

In certain cases it might happen that you are asked to use your PayPal account or open a new one. This might happen, if you are a regular customer of PayPal using the same credit card, or you have cookies of PayPal on your computer from a previous visit that have not expired yet.

What can you do to still pay with PayPal without opening or logging into a PayPal account? Try one of the options below:

  • Delete the email address in the email address field and refresh the page.
  • Delete the  web browser's cookies, temp files and history, then close the web browser, reopen it and try again. 
  • Open a New Private Window (in case you use Firefox) or a New Incognito Window (for Chrome) using the menu on the top right and try again.
  • Use a different credit card.
  • Use a different email address.
